Linkcore.space Service Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between the Linkcore.space service (the “Service”, “we”, “us”) and any individual or legal entity using the website and the Service functionality (the “User”, “you”).The operator of these Terms is the administrator of the Linkcore.space Service (the “Operator”).
By using the Service, you confirm that you have carefully read these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the cookie policy, and that you accept their terms.1. General provisions
1.1. The Linkcore Service is an online platform for managing bookings, events, and meetings, as well as related features.1.2. Use of the Service is permitted only under these Terms. If you disagree with any provision, you must stop using the Service.
1.3. We may change these Terms unilaterally. The updated version becomes effective from the moment it is published on the website at linkcore.space/terms. In case of material changes, we may additionally notify Users through the Service and/or by email.2. Registration and account
2.1. Access to certain Service features may require registration and creation of an account.2.2. When registering, you undertake to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to keep it current.
2.3. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe (login, password, access to email, Telegram, etc.), as well as for all actions performed through your account.2.4. If you lose access to your account or suspect unauthorized use, you must notify us immediately and change your password.
2.5. We may restrict access to the Service or block a User account in case of violation of these Terms, hacking attempts, abuse, or on other lawful grounds.3. Use of the Service
3.1. The User may use the Service only in accordance with its intended purpose and the functional capabilities provided by the interface.3.2. It is prohibited to:
- use the Service for purposes that violate the law, or the rights and legitimate interests of third parties;- post or transmit through the Service any illegal, offensive, harmful, malicious, misleading, or otherwise prohibited content;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ data, accounts, or the Service’s internal infrastructure;
- perform actions aimed at bypassing technical protection measures, access restrictions, or load limits of the Service;
- use the Service to send spam, mass unsolicited messages, or other intrusive communications.
3.3. We may, at our discretion, remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms or applicable law, and apply measures to the User as provided in Section 9.
4. Guests and bookings without registration
4.1. The Service may allow you to submit a booking/request without registration by providing contact details (for example, email address, phone number).4.2. By submitting such a booking, you confirm that you provide a valid contact address and agree to receive notifications related to your booking (creation, changes, rescheduling, cancellation, status changes, etc.).
4.3. Guest data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.5. Notifications and communications
5.1. The Service may send the User notifications:
- about creation, changes, rescheduling, or cancellation of bookings;- about request status;
- about important changes in Service operation and the Terms.
5.2. Notifications may be sent by email, via Telegram, through the web interface, or by other means depending on account settings.
5.3. You can manage certain types of notifications in the settings, except for messages related to security and material changes to the terms of use.6. Paid services
6.1. Some Service features may be provided on a paid basis. The terms, pricing, duration, and payment procedure for paid services are specified in the relevant section of the website or in the pricing plan.6.2. By paying for access to paid features, you agree to the plan and conditions in effect at the time of payment.
6.3. If the User violates these Terms, access to paid services may be restricted or terminated without compensation, unless otherwise required by law.7. Intellectual property
7.1. All elements of the Service, including but not limited to software code, design, logos, texts, graphics, interface, and other objects (the “Service Materials”), are intellectual property and belong to the Operator or are used under appropriate licenses.7.2. The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service strictly within its functionality and under these Terms.
7.3. It is prohibited to:
- copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or otherwise transfer the Service Materials to third parties unless expressly permitted;- decompile, disassemble, or attempt to obtain the Service source code, except as expressly permitted by law;
- use the Service’s trade name, logos, or trademarks without written permission.
7.4. Content created and posted by the User in the Service (for example, booking titles, descriptions, comments) remains the User’s property. At the same time, the User grants the Service a limited license to use such content to the extent necessary to provide the functionality.
8. Personal data and privacy
8.1. Processing of the User’s personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy.8.2. By using the Service, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy and agree to the processing of your data under the terms set out therein.
8.3. The use of cookies is governed by a separate section: Use of Cookies.9. Limitation of liability
9.1. The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that:
- the Service will operate continuously, error-free, or fully meet the User’s subjective expectations;- results obtained from using the Service will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
9.2. We are not liable for:
- actions and decisions made by Users based on data obtained through the Service;- failures and interruptions caused by equipment, software, or communication channels of third parties;
- loss of account access due to the User’s fault (lost password, compromised email, etc.);
- any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
9.3. In all cases where the Operator may be held liable under applicable law, such liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the Service’s paid services during the last three (3) months prior to the events giving rise to the claim, or to another minimum limit permitted by law.
10. User rights and obligations
The User must:
- comply with these Terms and applicable law;- not allow third parties to use their account without control;
- promptly update their contact and registration details if they change;
- not take actions intended to harm the Service, other Users, or third parties.
The User has the right to:
- use the Service within the provided functionality;- modify and delete their own content in accordance with the interface capabilities;
- contact support regarding the Service operation or the exercise of their rights.
11. Termination of use of the Service
11.1. The User may stop using the Service at any time, including by deleting their account or contacting support with such a request.11.2. We may suspend or terminate the User’s access to the Service in whole or in part in the following cases:
- violation of these Terms;- hacking attempts, unauthorized access, or bypassing restrictions;
- provision of knowingly false information;
- other actions that threaten the stability and security of the Service.
11.3. Termination of use of the Service does not release the User from obligations incurred before such termination.
